  • Writing corpus: The text samples you upload for voice analysis and model training. This is the core data we use to build your custom writing model.
  • Usage data: How you interact with the service, including generation requests, session duration, and feature usage.
  • Technical data: Browser type, IP address, and device information collected automatically when you visit our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Train and run your private, custom writing model based on your uploaded corpus.
  • Process payments and manage your account.
  • Improve the Ghostweight service and develop new features.
  • Send transactional emails related to your account and service updates.
  • Respond to your support requests and communications.

We do not use your writing corpus to train any shared or general-purpose models. Your corpus is used exclusively for your personal model.

3. Data Security

Your writing corpus and model are stored on private infrastructure with strict access controls. We employ industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your custom model runs on isolated infrastructure and is never shared with or accessible to other users.

4. Data Retention

We retain your writing corpus and trained model for the duration of your active subscription. If you cancel your account, we will delete your corpus and model data within 30 days of cancellation. Account information may be retained longer as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as tax and billing records.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate Ghostweight:

  • Cloudflare: Website hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery for account notifications and communications.
  • Stripe: Payment processing. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or writing corpus with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data, including your writing corpus and trained model.
  • Export your uploaded corpus data.
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing at any time.
