1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ghostweight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Service Description

Ghostweight provides custom AI writing model training and generation services. We analyze your writing corpus to build a private language model that captures your unique voice, tone, and style. The model runs on our managed infrastructure and is accessible through our platform.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Ghostweight offers the following pricing structure:

• Model training: A one-time fee of $3,500 for initial voice analysis and custom model training from your writing corpus.
• Monthly plans: Ongoing access to your trained model is billed on a monthly subscription basis. Plan details and pricing are listed on our pricing page.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of your writing corpus and any original content you upload to Ghostweight. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of training and operating your personal model.

Generated output: Content generated by your custom model belongs to you. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publication.

Our service: The Ghostweight platform, technology, model architecture, and training methodology are our intellectual property. Your custom model runs on our infrastructure and is not available for download or transfer.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Impersonate another person or entity without authorization.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the model weights or training methodology.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to your model to third parties.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghostweight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service and your trained model will cease.
• Your writing corpus and model data will be deleted within 30 days.
• Any outstanding fees remain due and payable.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
